Step 1:

Planning

School Requirements:

  • Large 8'ft painted wooden display board (x2)

  • Table featuring best of toy design work

  • Tablecloth 

  • Personal logo

  • Personal branding cohesion

  • Finalized portfolio and resume

Figuring out colors + placement.

Step 2:

Board Preparation

(a.k.a. long nights in the model shop)

Constructing
rounded tops out of 1" MDF panels.

Step 3:

Placing Orders

Getting my vector art files ready to be professionally printed.

Sizing must be perfect!

Designing and ordering custom
business cards,

custom stickers,

and tablecloth!

Step 4:

Assembly

Prints arrived!

Now it's time to assemble them on the boards.

Laying them out flat to adjust the spacing between elements.

Finalize layout,
and add layers of dimension between elements using 1" foam cubes.
